BCI Asia TOP 10 Developer Award 2023 acclaim for Land and Houses

On the occasion of Land and Houses’ VIVE Rama 9 and Chaiyapruek 3 Serene Lake – Chiang Mai projects winning BCI Asia TOP 10 Developer Awards 2023
this year, Mr. Chaiyapat Methanivesana, Vice President Product Development (fourth right), received the accolades from Miss Pimpattra Wichaikul, Minister of Industry (fifth right). The company was cited as an outstanding project developer in aspects set by BCI Asia. Only 10 awards are given each year. The first award criterion is project value, for which Land and Houses was judged as outstanding for Thailand’s economic drive, commanding high caliber and credibility that attract investors. The second criterion is project consideration for environmental impacts (TREE and LEED green building evaluation criteria). The third is special marks given by the Contest Division, namely hotel, office, and plant groups. This is the third consecutive year in which the company has won BCI Asia TOP 10 Developer Awards. Land and Houses remains committed to constructing quality residences while addressing dynamic changes in customers’ needs and valuing sustainable environmental stewardship.

Staged on November 17 for the 18th year, the BCI Asia Awards 2023 event covered seven countries: Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, and Thailand. The main objective is to recognize top architects and top developers whose projects are widely accepted in the public and private sectors.
