BackJul 05, 2023

Recognizing the need for sustainable environmental stewardship, Land and Houses Plc has rolled out a policy for using electric scooters in its projects to promote clean energy rather than conventional fuels. The goal consists of a total of 120 such scooters in various projects, starting now and phasing out all current scooters. These chosen vehicles have undergone testing by electrical and automotive institutes certified by the Thai Industrial Standards Institute. To date, the projects that have adopted electric scooters include NANTAWAN Pinklao-Kanchana, NANTAWAN Bangna km 15, MANTANA Motorway-Rama 9, MANTANA Bangna km 15, indy Westgate, Villaggio Suksawat-Prachauthit, inizio Srinakarindra, CHAIYAPRUEK Changwattana, and CHAIYAPRUEK Bangna km 15.

Since no gaseous emissions go into the atmosphere from electric scooters, these vehicles play a key role in lowering carbon dioxide emissions, widely regarded as the main cause of global warming, as well as easing air pollution.
