Land and Houses Plc garners ISO 14064-1:2018

Mr. Wit Tantiworawong, Managing Director, Land and Houses Plc (right), recently received an ISO 14064-1:2018 management system certificate from Mr. Prawaltong Tongyai Na Ayudhaya, Certification Manager Thailand / Myanmar / Laos / Cambodia, Bureau Veritas Certification (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (left). ISO 14064:1:2018 represents international verification for measuring and reporting corporate greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and reduction. Land and Houses in 2022 began developing and disclosing business-related GHG emissions, paving the way for the formulation of a management approach under its climate change policy. Such emission data have undergone verification by Bureau Veritas Certification (Thailand) and have duly been accredited with ISO 14064-1:2018.

To elaborate, this international certificate verifies the volumes and reporting of GHG emissions and reduction by Land and Houses and embraces requirements for design, development, management, reporting, and verification. Issuing this certificate was Bureau Veritas Certification (Thailand), an arm of a world-class assessment and accreditation service provider of quality, occupational health, safety, environment, and social responsibility.
