Land and Houses received BCI Asia TOP 10 Developer Awards 2022
Khun Suparat Veerakul (right) Senior Vice President, Corporate Communication Department, Land and Houses Public Company Limited received the BCI Asia TOP 10 Developer Awards 2022 from Khun Saowapa Naowaoaj (left), General Manager, BCI Central Co.,Ltd, Thailand, on the occasion that the Company’s 3 projects, namely Mantana Ratchaphruek – Nakorn In, Chaiyapruek Bangna km.15 and Prueklada Ratchaphruek-345 received the aforementioned rewards. These three projects are outstanding in various fields which meet the judging criteria that have set the standards, they are widely accepted by both private and government sectors and are also a project that takes into account the impact on the environment as well.
The BCI Asia Awards 2022, the 17th edition was held in 7 countries including Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam and Thailand with the main objective of organizing the event to honor architects’ designers company and real estate developers. The BCI Central and the FuturArc Journals are construction database providers to establish standards of creditability, transparency and impartiality of both government and private data for the real estate industry in Thailand.
