    Land and Houses signed a Memorandum of Understanding to install solar rooftop systems with Thai Solar Energy

    Mr. Chaiyoot Chinmahavong (right) Senior Executive Vice President, Land and Houses Public Company Limited, signed in the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Mr. Kitiphong Thunnom (left) Chief Technical Officer, Thai Solar Energy Public Company Limited (TSE) in order to install the Solar Rooftop System on the roof of the clubhouse in 5 projects of Land and Houses to deliver clean energy to the residents. This will save energy in the long run and reduces the impact on the environment.

    Mr. Chaiyoot Chinmahavong said “Nowadays, the environment is very important. Both an organization and an individual should be aware of their duty to take part in helping each other. Land and Houses has realized the importance of saving energy, therefore we have cooperated with Thai Solar Energy, a leader in renewable energy that produces and distributes electricity from solar energy and other renewable energy in the design and installation of the solar rooftop systems on the clubhouse roof to generate clean energy for our residents. The projects that will use the solar rooftop system on the roof of the clubhouses include VIVE Ekkamai-Ramintra, NANTAWAN Pinklao -Kanchana, NANTAWAN RAMA 9 New Krungthepkreetha, Villaggio Rangsit - Khlong 4 and MANTANA Bangna km 15.”

    For the installation of solar rooftop systems on the clubhouse of 5 projects, will use total 157 panels, a total installation size of 74.63 kilowatts (kWp) which will be able to save about 97,019 kilowatts-hour (kWh)/year, or approximately 436,585 Baht/year, and can reduce greenhouse gas emissions 49.6 tons of carbon dioxide or equivalent to planting about 6,467 trees/year. Moreover, Land and Houses also have plans to use heat from solar energy for other projects in the future to promote the use of clean energy, worthwhile and environmentally friendly.
