Land and Houses Public Company Limited’s new “iDesign” application is now available to download today. The application, a home decoration assistant to create your own style of home decorating ideas at your fingertips, helps “Design Your Dream Home”. Beautiful design, fit within your budget with the virtual program including program to help calculating the decoration budget with a special discount from the store when buying the furniture.

The iDesign application can help you to choose to decorate with real house plans, actual area size from detached homes and townhomes in the interesting project. It helps you to creat unlimited idea in home decorating with the furniture that is available in many different styles with a sample beautifully decorated room to inspire your idea, displaying realistic images, either a normal view, a 360-degree view, or connect with the VR (Virtual Reality) to imitate like as if you walk into the room by yourself. In addition, it also helps you not to worry with the over-budgeting. It helps you to estimate the approximate cost of furnishings from the selected furniture, keep storing the beautiful pictures and record the furniture with appraisal price to submit to the specified store immediately. The Land and Houses’ residents and general users will receive a special discount when purchasing furniture at these specified stores. The new application iDesign is beautiful and more functional with the Get Inspired Category which collects all decorative pictures from the Land and Houses Model Houses, which have 3 styles to choose as a guideline: Dream Luxury, Lively Modern and Minimal Nordic.
