Monetary compensation
The Company has set the policy on remuneration for the Managing Director and directors clearly. The directors’ remuneration is set appropriately with the Company’s duties. The Nomination and Compensation Committee scrutinizes and proposes to the Board of Directors for the consideration of the appropriateness in various factors including size, business expansion, profit growth. The Company’s compensation will be set at the same level as the industry’s. The directors’ remuneration has been approved by the shareholders’ meeting every year, paid in form of monthly. However, executive directors shall not receive meeting allowances.
Non-monetary remuneration
Other benefits provided to the Company’s directors are e.g. Insurance covering the liability of directors and executive officers of the Company, and the expenses for attending seminars and training courses of IOD and other related institutions.
