To meet the prevailing demand from young-generation buyers, who want modern and functional design, Land & Houses has brought its latest town-home brand - Indy - to the market in three locations: Rangsit, Prachauthid and Srinakarin.

Suparat Veerakul, vice president, Corporate Communication, described Indy as a new series of town-home projects with design functions similar to those for detached housing.

For example, an Indy town-home has two master bedrooms, each with a bathroom, while the first floor comprises a living room, dining room, kitchen and storeroom.

The residential architect has used a modern theme, which makes use of mirrors and steel, with the former giving the impression of increased and airy space, as in a detached house.

With each town-home covering 18 square wah (72 square metres) of land, the surrounding landscape at the three projects is designed so that each home is situated close to a green area.

"We have designed Indy to have only eight units in each row, and also open space for a green area. All of this is based on our experience in building residential projects for more than 40 years," she said.
